How to Explore LinkedIn Search and Activity History
Choose a Complete export containing SearchQueries.csv or supported activity CSVs, then open Activity history. Set Activity category to Searches to inspect the exported text, source time and repeated queries. The analysis stays in this tab.
Find an exported search
- Choose the original ZIP or supported extracted CSVs and check the search category's coverage.
- Open Activity history, select Searches and enter part of the query in Search activity. Use Recorded year when you need a smaller period.
- Read Most repeated exported queries and the source rows together. Clear filters to inspect the full supplied activity set.
These results are calculated from our own fictional CSV records with the working parser and analysis functions. They are separate from your active export.

Repeated searches are recorded occurrences
The query summary groups normalized exported text and counts its source occurrences. A repeated query is not a unique person searched for, a profile visit, a search result or evidence of intent. The list covers the supplied rows rather than searches absent from the archive.
SearchQueries.csv uses Time and Search Query headers. Some original rows leave a comma unquoted in the final text field. Recovery is limited to that two-column schema with a usable leading timestamp; the diagnostics count recovered rows separately.
Explore the other Complete categories
Activity history can also read posts, comments, reactions, reposts, poll votes, member follows, ad clicks and minimal login or challenge records. Set a category first, then inspect any available Source status filter. A category omitted from the archive remains unavailable.
Historical follow labels do not supply a live follower list or a verified removal time. Login and challenge records do not diagnose account compromise. Poll choices and content records do not provide live reach or engagement scores.
Keep search text private
Filtered and selected activity CSVs can contain full search text and private source records. Review them before sharing. The connection-only Vault does not save these categories, and Wrapped receives aggregate content activity rather than search terms, ad labels or account-event text.
