Browse Snapchat Memories on your device
Revisit the months in your Snapchat Memories history and open the photos or videos physically included in the ZIP. The dated collection and local gallery stay separate when the export supplies no reliable link between them.
How to use this tool
- Request My Data with Memories and JSON files included. Choose the ZIP to use both the dated history and any included media; memories_history.json alone supplies the history.
- Use the year filter to browse recorded months, or expand Recorded dates for individual entries. Unknown dates remain visible in the all-years history.
- Open a local gallery tile to view an included JPEG, PNG, WebP, MP4 or WebM file. Videos use your browser's player, and playback depends on its codec support.
Before you start
Why do my Memories count and gallery size differ?
Saved Media lists memory records, while the gallery shows files actually included under the ZIP's memories folder. They can differ. If the export lacks a reliable association, InstaScope does not guess which file belongs to a date.
Can the viewer download missing Snapchat Memories?
It opens only media already present in your selected ZIP. It does not use signed download links, retrieve missing files from Snapchat or expose location fields. Request an export with media included if you need the files.
