Export help and limits
In Facebook Accounts Center, download your information and select Connections / Friends. Choose JSON or HTML. Import one unencrypted ZIP up to 2 GB, with at most 10,000 files and 20 MB per supported connection file (60 MB expanded). ZIP64 and split archives are unsupported. Media, messages, login and payment files are ignored.
