Supported categories and privacy
Include any supported Friends, Posts, Comments and reactions, or Apps and websites category in one official Facebook JSON or HTML ZIP. Partial exports work: cards appear only when their evidence rules are met. HTML supports current friends, verified own comments and app tables; mixed posts and reactions remain unsupported.
Only the verified fields are read. Media, credentials, identifiers and unrelated files are skipped. No archive, name or word is uploaded or automatically saved. InstaScope has no Facebook login or current permissions check.
Limits: 2 GB ZIP, 10,000 entries, 20 MB per relevant file, 60 MB total selected expansion, 100,000 total source rows, 50,000 distinct eligible words and 1,000,000 tokens. One JSON or HTML representation only; repeated categories are rejected. ZIP64/encrypted ZIPs unsupported. Local reading can be cancelled and has a two-minute deadline.
For My Messenger Wrapped, select a conversation in the Messenger Library and choose “Create My Messenger Wrapped”. The same archive does not need to be uploaded again.
